​PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

We ask for a  deposit payment via bank transfer in euros to secure the reservation.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation due to an emergency, a refund will only be issued if we are able to re-book those dates. However, if we do not resell the dates, your deposit will be forfeited.

If booking through an online advertising company you may be able to pay online, however fees will appear much higher as they add up to 25% on top, as their 'service fee'. 

STAYING IN OUR GITES

We allow your dogs to accompany you during your stay, however this is only on the condition that you do not leave them alone in the gite; we are not a kennel, it is not fair to the dog, nor to the other guests who hear their barking.

We provide the following essentials to get your holiday off to a good start... Bed linen and towels, some coffee, sugar, milk, oil, dish soap, a sponge, a tea towel, hand soap, a bottle of sparkling wine and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

There is also a welcome booklet in the cottage with information on nearby attractions, activities and restaurants.

In line with French law, smoking inside the buildings is not allowed and consideration must be made for others onsite. 

Off road parking is available in front of the main building. You are responsible for your vehicle and its contents. 

The pool and play area is shared between the 3 gites. It should be kept tidy, and rubbish removed after each use. Inflatables are permitted for use in the pool, sharp objects and glass items should NEVER be used in or around the pool area, plastic cups and jugs are provided in the gites. 

We do not take a security deposit, however you would be expected to be honourable, and pay for any damage caused by you to the gite, grounds or pool. 

We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance before check in. We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage to any personal belongings. If you intend to take part in activities during your stay, we recommend that you purchase Holiday Activity Insurance before your holiday to cover the duration of your stay. 

CLEANING & DEPARTURE

Please leave the gite before 10am.
As a condition of your booking, at the end of your stay we ask all of our guests to complete the following simple hygienic gestures before leaving the gite...  Please wipe away toothpaste, and remove hair from sinks and showers, and use the toilet brush. Please clean any appliances used, take your waste to the communal bins, and leave the gite clean and tidy as you found it.  Thank you :)
